Tyre Flip – & jump thru = max reps
1 min transition
Rope Climbs = max reps
1 min transition
Log Thrusters = Max Reps
1 min transition
Handstand walk = max meters
1 min transition
Bench Press = max weight
1 min transition
Fat Bar Clean & Jerk 1RM = max weight
1 min transition
Fat rope skips = max reps
1 min transition
farmers Carry Max Weight 10 m = max weight
Fastest 800 m RUN – time is when both finish

Every station has 3 minutes of work & 1 minute
to transition. In PAIRS- Both working.
