15 squat jumps BETWEEN EVERY SET


400 m Run
8 C2B
20 Wall Balls
18 MIN Cap – remainder of time after WOD- if WOD takes you 15 mins then you will have 3 mins, if you only take 10 minutes to complete WOD then you will have 8 mins
Find a 1RM Clean & jerk
