30 Wall Balls*15 Press ups*50 skips
x 2 rounds

Cal ladder – 50 cals-40 – 30 – 20 – 10
as long as it takes to do the cals is what
you rest in between sets, so 50 cals takes
2 minutes at 4 minutes start your 40 cals


W.P Sit ups
* = 30 Double unders/60 singles

RX = 40/25 w.p 20/10
