8 Thrusters @ 70/45
6 Rope climbs
11 Box Jumps @ 30/24

Partner 1 runs 400 m with either a 10kg bag or
a 10 kg plate, while partner 2 commences
workout. When partner 1 completes the run
he/she takes over the workout from where
partner 2 got up to. Switching back & forth
working & running – score is completed rounds
